The only reason I didn't give this book 5 stars is because I like lighter books so much better than the dark ones. By now the controversy surrounding Sparks lingers more so than the actual context of the book, which is fine, because in the end, the book wasn't that great and presents a fairly ridiculous account of straying onto the wrong path of life. I cannot tell you how much I hate the hypocrisy of missionary efforts like this one. I seem to be kind of losing interest in everything.
